The Andover Conservation Commission approved a septic replacement and pushed three hearings to September 15 over notice and review delays. Conservation Agent Mahoney recommended approval of David Middleton's leach field replacement at 43 Farwood Drive, which the commission backed 7-0.

Andover commission orders drainage peer review
Andover's Conservation Commission voted to continue a notice of intent for a drainage overhaul behind the Stop & Shop plaza at 209 North Main Street, ordering an independent peer review after the state Department of Environmental Protection flagged the stormwater plans.
