Andover sports roundup, Sept. 14 to Sept. 20

ANDOVER --

YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Andover Soccer Association's "calendar at a glance" lists a run of fall dates for its players and families. On Oct. 8, ASA is holding a night at the Andover High School girls varsity soccer game. Oct. 10 is a holiday weekend with no games scheduled. The association has a coach appreciation night planned for Oct. 20. Its Goalkeeper Academy wraps up Oct. 29, followed by the last night of the ASA Development Academy on Oct. 30. The last games of the fall season are set for Nov. 7, and ASA will hold its Annual General Meeting on Nov. 16. ASA describes itself as the second largest youth soccer association in Massachusetts, run by parent volunteers, registering approximately 1,500 players and more than 200 volunteer coaches across boys' and girls' teams for ages 5 to 18.

No Andover High School game results were listed in ArbiterLive for the period, and no new items were reported by the Andover Recreation Department, Andover Baseball Association, Andover Hockey Association, Andover Youth Lacrosse or Patch's Andover sports section beyond previously reported material.
