Andover Youth Services Steering Committee approves director search website and survey. The committee, chaired by Ryan Murphy, will oversee director recruitment through a selection committee comprising Murphy, Trent DeBonis, Lis Tamarkin, Laura McVeigh, and Albert Pless. The public survey, developed by committee member Andy Egmont, asks respondents to rank leadership qualities and competencies on a scale of one to five.
The website launches May 3, with an application deadline of May 20 and a goal to hire the next director by July 1. The committee outlined a three-stage process including screening, interviews, and an assessment center with public presentation.
