Working group reviews MBTA Communities communications strategy

Andover MBTA Communities Working Group launches 14-month communications campaign for zoning law. Phil Geoffroy, Director of Communications, presented the town's outreach strategy, currently in the phase of presenting selected districts to the community. The working group discussed communications channels including the Andover Townsman, Town Newsletter, Andovermanews, the Bartlett Dispatch (several thousand subscribers, 70 percent open rate), and social media platforms.
Linda Lecomte requested alerts when communications are posted so working group members can amplify messages, and members also asked for a posting schedule.
