Andover Tree Committee advances grants, surveys future policy framework. The Tree Committee unanimously approved prior minutes and reviewed a DCR Forestry Grant for the town's Andover Tree Guide. Elizabeth Poland and members raised concerns about multilingual availability, which the committee tabled.
Chair Willow Cheeley and Michael Lindstrom will compile feedback for consultant Davey Resource Group. The committee also launched a "Deep Roots, New Branches" Facebook contest and highlighted recent accomplishments including 250 newly planted trees across Andover.
