Andover Select Board unanimously schedules citizen-petitioned Special Town Meeting for June 16, 2026, at the Collins Center. Town Manager Andrew Flanagan noted the June 16 date complies with the 45-day statutory requirement from the citizens' petition filing. The Board set the warrant to close Thursday at 4:30 P.M., with a public input meeting scheduled for May 19 at 6 P.M. to allow residents to discuss articles before the Board takes formal positions.
Deputy Town Manager and Town Clerk Austin Simko confirmed that four citizen-petitioned warrant articles have been certified by the Clerk's Office.
