ANDOVER — Select Board unanimously approves school traffic restrictions and utility poles. The board approved parking restrictions and a dedicated pickup-drop-off zone on the south side of Central Street from Chestnut to School Street, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days, responding to congestion at St. Augustine's School as presented by Safety Officer Ota and Principal Joseph Bianco.
The board also unanimously approved a National Grid and Verizon application to install utility poles on Lowell Junction Road and endorsed a revised Land Use Policy prepared by Town Counsel Doug Heim addressing permitting for campfires and group gatherings on town property.
