Select Board approves two tax-increment financing agreements worth combined $461K in exemptions.

Andover Select Board approves two major tax-increment financing agreements on a single vote. The board unanimously endorsed a $286,000 incremental tax exemption for AdvanCell, an Australian oncology pharmaceutical firm planning to locate its global headquarters at One Corporate Drive with a projected $62 million investment, and a $175,000 exemption for Onto Innovation, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer targeting 3000 Minuteman Road with approximately $40 million in capital. Combined projected tax collections over 15 years exceed $26 million.

The board also approved two one-day alcoholic beverage licenses for Marble Ridge Winery and continued three utility pole applications pending additional site information and design details.
