ANDOVER — Select Board unanimously authorizes Old Town Yard sale to developer. Chair Ellen Townson and members Alex Vispoli, Melissa Danisch, and Kevin Coffey voted to empower Town Manager Flanagan to execute the quitclaim deed and complete all closing requirements under the Land Disposition Agreement, with a June 22, 2026 closing deadline. Coffey questioned the breadth of authorization language before voting approval.
In separate business, the Board appointed Michael Novaria as a full Zoning Board of Appeals member and Daniel Lopez, Michael Wellikoff, and Andrew Robbins as associate members. The town also secured a $157,900 road safety grant.
