Andover Select Board unanimously approves off-premise liquor license transfer. The board voted 5-0 to approve Dhyani Patel Corp.'s takeover of the existing license at 9 Elm Street, with Kush Savalia as designated manager, and also voted 5-0 that the transfer poses no detriment to the Free Christian Church and Andover Baptist Church. The board also accepted a $10,000 donation to Elder Services for the voluntary transportation program; voted to forgo its right of first refusal on an affordable housing unit at 1 Powder Mill Square, Unit 102; and expressed support for the Greater Lawrence Technical School's hangar sublease at Lawrence Municipal Airport, subject to approval at Andover Town Meeting.
All votes were unanimous.
