ANDOVER — Select Board approves four traffic stop-sign amendments and two internal promotions. Chair Alex Vispoli led the 5-0 vote to install all-way stops at North Street at Greenwood Road, Chandler Road at Greenwood Road, and Cutler Road at Reservation Road, along with a three-way stop at Harold Parker Road at Jenkins Road, following formal analysis and resident input. The Board also unanimously promoted Dr.
Brittney Lavoie to Deputy Town Manager for Operations at $180,000 per year and Hayley Green to Chief Financial Officer at $168,000 per year, both effective January 22, 2026. The Board amended its Town Manager vacancy policy to replace "acting" with "interim" and approved a $4,809.12 donation from the Friends of Andover Dog Park for park amenities.
