Members Paula Colby-Clements, Kim Perry, Laura Gregory, and Kevin Coffey, with Town Manager Andrew Flanagan and Chief Financial Officer Hayley Green, refined parameters limiting the fund to capital projects between $20 million and $50 million, specifically for buildings.
