Andover Retirement Board greenlights $4.1M in operating transfers and benefit payments. The Board voted unanimously to approve wire transfers for January ($1.2 million), February ($1.3 million), and up to $1.6 million for March, along with February payroll of $1,775,959.64 and an expense warrant of $138,455.80. Executive Director Derek Minervini reported a March 31 deadline for submitting actuarial data to PERAC.
The Board approved four retirements and was informed of the death of Carl Starosciak, Town Facilities, on February 18. The Board concluded by entering executive session at 9:16 a.m. to discuss disability and litigation matters.
