Preservation Commission approves six applications, defers one.

Preservation Commission · Meeting of February 10, 2026

Andover Preservation Commission approves six residential applications, conditions one. The commission voted unanimously to approve solar panel installations at 11-13 Stirling Street and 10 Binney Street, plus window replacements at three Phillips Academy properties and one residential home. A mudroom and kitchen expansion at 4 Cuba Street passed five to one, contingent on the Building Department obtaining architectural drawings from the owner.

A seventh window application at 24 York Street passed four to one with one abstention, then was amended by the same tally to require SDL rather than GBG window patterns. An applicant for continued work at 37 Porter Road did not appear.
