Planning Board Defers Officer Elections, Continues Three Major Developments

ANDOVER — Planning Board continued three major developments without resolving any. The 5-story, 432-unit mixed-use project at 100 River Road will have traffic impacts reviewed at a separate special meeting, with the next hearing on stormwater and retail issues May 26 at 8:00 p.m.; the 9-unit Dale Street multifamily project continues May 26 at 7:30 p.m. following discussion of revised landscaping and emergency access concerns; and the 18 Buttonwood Drive stormwater permit hearing continues May 26 at 7:45 p.m. The Board unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and deferred officer elections until full membership attends.
A Route 133 Corridor Improvement Project public meeting is set for May 19 at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Hall Library.
