Andover Planning Board continues three major development projects to July 14. The applications include a nine-unit multifamily complex at 24 and 30 Dale Street, a single-family home with stormwater permit at 18 Buttonwood Drive, and a 432-unit mixed-use building at 100 River Road with retail space and a 144,000-square-foot parking garage. All three public hearings earned unanimous continuations by the board.
Board members directed staff to consult Town Counsel on shared parking agreement language and raised multiple questions on construction hours, traffic management, affordable-unit monitoring standards, and how a pending $5 million MassWorks grant will factor into the River Road project's transportation mitigation contribution.
