ANDOVER — Planning Board defers three major development hearings to June 24. Chair Neil Magenheim and Members Morgan von Prelle Pecelli and Vincent Chiozzi Jr. voted unanimously to continue the 24 & 30 Dale Street multifamily overlay application (nine units), the 18 Buttonwood Drive stormwater permit (single-family dwelling with infiltration systems), and the 100 River Road mixed-use proposal (432 units, 2,950 square feet retail, 144,000-square-foot parking garage). The River Road applicant seeks a parking waiver from 1.5 to 1.47 spaces per unit and proposes signal retiming, sidewalk improvements, and transit coordination.
Board members deferred final action pending peer review updates and Department of Public Works confirmation on all three projects.
