ANDOVER — Planning Board approves mixed-use fee schedule for Multifamily Overlay District applications. Vice Chair Zachary Bergeron and Members Morgan von Prelle Pecelli, Rocky Leavitt, Vincent Chiozzi Jr., and Associate Lelani Foster voted unanimously to set the new line item at $500 plus $500 per dwelling unit and $0.20 per gross commercial square foot, deferring decisions on caps and tiered structures. The Board also approved the Master Deed and Declaration of Trust for Townsman's Row Condominiums at 33 Chestnut Street (3-0), the Reciprocal Easement Agreement for 7 Tantallon Road (4-0), a drafting error correction for Ministers Estates (4-0), and a performance guarantee reduction to $157,200 for Weeping Willow Estates per Department of Public Works recommendation (4-0).
