Frederick "Joe" Seely, 81, of Andover, died June 15, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Isabel; his children, Joseph Seely (Heidi), Susie Clare (David Clare), and Carol Courtemanche (Kevin Courtemanche); his grandchildren, Olivia, Charlie, Natalie, Madeline, Cole, Ben, and Annie; and his brother, Peter Seely (Patty). Visitation was held Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Conte Funeral Home, 28 Florence St., Andover. A funeral Mass was held Thursday, June 18, 2026, at St. Augustine's Parish, 43 Essex St., Andover. Burial followed at St. Mary's Cemetery, Tewksbury.
