Man Indicted in Fatal Boat Crash That Killed Andover Woman, 24

A suspect has been indicted in the May boat crash near Logan Airport that killed 24-year-old Andover resident Elizabeth Dankert, according to a WCVB report. Coverage elsewhere today also touched on a possible fall restart for the Elm Square reconstruction project and an Andover-based Mercury Systems executive's stock sale filing.
