Governance committee plans Select Board presentation of governance report

ANDOVER — Town Governance Study Committee coordinates presentation of completed governance report. The committee approved prior meeting minutes and delegated authority for current-meeting minutes to Chair John Stumpf with one abstention. In discussion, the TGSC mapped plans to present its governance report to the Select Board on March 21 following feedback collection from two board members by March 28.
Members considered a June Town Meeting update but determined that they would wait for Select Board guidance on both content and the timeline for formal board consideration of TGSC recommendations.
