ANDOVER — Finance Committee backs $252.6M FY2027 budget for Town Meeting approval. Chair Paula Colby-Clements and the eight-member Committee unanimously recommended Article 4, which totals $258,684,234 gross less budgeted revenues of $3,547,826 and indirect offsets of $2,506,756. The Committee flagged several warrant articles for inclusion in its Town Meeting report, including proposed changes to Police Department civil service requirements and additions of an Assistant Fire Chief position and two firefighter roles.
Members requested that final article submissions for the Finance Committee Report arrive by March 18, with a final draft due March 25.
