ANDOVER — Finance Committee unanimously approves year-end budget transfers, reorganizes leadership for fiscal 2027. Chief Financial Officer Hayley Green presented approved Fiscal Year 2026 year-end operating budget transfers that redistributed funds from Technical Schools and Debt Service to General Government, Public Safety, and Public Works, with focus on Snow and Ice recovery. The Town is eligible for partial reimbursement through the State's Winter Recovery Assistance Program.
The Committee unanimously approved increases to revolving fund expenditure limits and reorganized its leadership, reelecting Paula Colby-Clements as Chair and electing Kim Perry as Vice Chair for Fiscal Year 2027.
