ANDOVER — Design Review Board continues multifamily housing project to February. The four-member board voted to continue its review of DRB-25-21 at 100 Old River Road, issuing recommendations on brick detailing, garage color, entry differentiation, and lighting design for the MBTA district development. The board also reviewed proposed revisions to the Historic Mill Overlay District affecting Essex and Pearson Street, including a new 30-foot setback requirement, and advanced town articles restricting signs to 60 days and banning animated, flashing, and neon signage.
The board voted unanimously to require a future review of application submission checklists.
