Cultural Council defers treasurer report, plans May reception.

Andover Cultural Council · Meeting of February 11, 2026

Andover Cultural Council advances spring reception planning without treasurer input. The six-member council present February 11 selected Andover Youth Services as the free venue for a May 14 grantee reception (May 21 backup), tasking Chair Peter Fenzel with inviting all grantees to perform or exhibit and Felipe Machado to assist Mike Hendrickson with logistics. The council deferred its Treasurer's Report pending Yuantai Du's attendance and scheduled a comprehensive review of all council roles--social media, website management, graphic design, treasurer, scribe, event planning, and community outreach--for the March 11 meeting, at which members will vote on reassignments and discuss succession planning for when Fenzel's chairmanship ends.
