Council on Aging surveys seniors, launches parking outreach
Council on Aging · Meeting of April 15, 2026
Andover Council on Aging approves business parking letter, launches community survey. The board voted 10-0 (one abstention) to accept a letter requesting designated senior parking spots from local business owners with large parking lots, with Robb Center Director Jane Burns formatting the letter on town letterhead for distribution to Letourneau's, CVS, and Whole Foods. A community survey launching April 16 on SurveyMonkey will reach 5,000 residents by postcard; translated versions will be available for the Chinese community.
Three Council seats are open for FY27 renewal, with Judy Agnes stepping down and a working group of Gail Bloom, Kim Butler-Rainen, and Jennifer Perigaut tasked with recruiting and interviewing candidates.
