Andover Council on Aging forms working groups on senior parking and community survey. At the February 12 meeting at the Robb Center, Chair Ralph Bledsoe's board appointed four members each to develop a senior free-parking-sticker proposal and to revise a five-year-old Elder Services survey ahead of the center's five-year renovation anniversary in April. The board unanimously approved two new programs: a Core Care Clinic workshop on chronic health management reviewed by Ed Plowey, and a basic Latin course taught by a retired language teacher.
Director Jane Burns reported ongoing facility discussions and secured an RMV visit to promote handicapped parking placards.
