Andover Council on Aging Board approves equitation program, rejects two competing proposals. The board voted unanimously to accept a Windrush Farm Therapeutic Equitation presentation and to reject offerings by Abbott Pharmaceuticals and attorney Jenny Tannenbaum, according to minutes of the March 12 meeting at the Robb Center. Members also unanimously approved revised bylaws.
Director Jane Burns reported on Meals on Wheels, programming, social services, and transportation as the board advanced a community survey slated for late April and continued debate on senior parking options, with discussion to continue at the next meeting April 15.
