Conservation Commission continues stormwater review for Burtt Road project
Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 20, 2026
ANDOVER — Conservation Commission defers approval on Burtt Road project pending stormwater peer review. The P&G Gillette proposal for the North Gate reconfiguration will reduce impervious area by 4,900 square feet and poses no threat to bordering vegetated wetland, Conservation Agent Benjamin Meade reported. The Commission also advanced a second reading of wetland-protection-regulation updates covering Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10, with key changes including 100-foot vernal pool buffers and stricter tree-removal language; discussion continues February 17 on housing and waiver provisions.
Unauthorized work at 104 Red Spring Road was found outside all jurisdictional areas.
