ANDOVER — Conservation Commission approves two residential pool projects under state and local wetlands law. The 5 Norwich Place inground pool passed 6-1 with one abstention, with the equipment pad 17 feet from the wetland boundary; the 56-58 Abbot Street plunge pool passed unanimously, with the nearest point 20 feet from wetland. The Commission continued the Dundee Office Park driveway hearing to March 17 after applicant Michael Rosen indicated his client wants to reconsider whether to file under Andover's Wetlands Protection By-law, as Chair Donald Cooper stated would be required.
The Commission also voted to sponsor an April informational meeting on a warrant article to ban rodenticide use, passing 6-1 with Cooper abstaining.
