ANDOVER — Conservation Commission approves three wetland projects, defers regulations update. Chair Donald Cooper and Commissioners Alix Driscoll, Jon Honea, Ruby Brown, and Floyd Greenwood unanimously approved a Determination of Applicability for the Picariello project at 18 Blueberry Hill Road, requiring weekly construction reports and a silt fence at the 50-foot buffer limit. The Commission also unanimously approved vegetation management work at the town-owned Lightning Tree Reservation and unanimously approved an Order of Conditions for Andrew DiGiacomo's pool project at 5 Hawk Ridge Road.

The Commission voted unanimously to accept and execute an access easement for 268 Andover Street, and deferred continued review of wetland protection regulations to March 3.
