Conservation Commission approves three wetland determinations, denies Minuteman Road amendment.
Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 21, 2026
Andover Conservation Commission approves three residential wetland determinations and denies amendment to conservation restriction. Acting Chair Jon Honea, with Commissioners Alix Driscoll, Floyd Greenwood, Miranda Chave and Stuart Rubin present, unanimously approved a replacement septic system at 66 Prospect Street, driveway work at 410 High Plain Road, and a jurisdictional determination at 4 Rogers Brook East. The commission voted 5-0 to issue an Order of Conditions for a single-family dwelling at 3 Willoughby Lane.
In a separate 5-0 vote, the commission denied an amendment to the 300 Minuteman Road Order of Conditions that would have altered the timing of recording a Conservation Restriction originally negotiated for a cGMP manufacturing facility approved in 2023, citing insufficient project definition before the commission.
