Conservation Commission approves three wetland applications at June 2 meeting

Conservation Commission · Meeting of June 2, 2026

Andover Conservation Commission approves three wetland applications. Chair Donald Cooper and the six-member commission approved work at 18 Tiffany Lane, a sunroom footing and stairs project, and at 22 Haggetts Pond Road, where a determination confirmed wetland resource areas; both votes passed 6-0 and 5-0-1 respectively. The commission closed the public hearing and issued an Order of Conditions for 17 Candlewood Drive after an arborist confirmed hazardous trees require removal.

In enforcement action, the commission ratified a May 21 order against unpermitted vegetation clearing at 16 Granli Drive, finding native plantings have already established in the cleared area.
