Andover Conservation Commission approves six wetlands projects, issues Old River Road Order of Conditions. Vice Chair Jon Honea presided in the absence of Chair Donald Cooper, with Commissioners Alix Driscoll, Floyd Greenwood, Ruby Brown, Miranda Chave, and Stuart Rubin present. All six applications received unanimous approval: water main improvements on Pine Street, Essex Street corridor improvements, residential construction at 116 Osgood Street, parking repaving at 259 North Main Street, a deck at 37 Porter Road, and barn demolition at 180 Jenkins Road.
The commission unanimously approved two waivers for the 100 Old River Road mixed-use development and issued its Order of Conditions, closing the hearing; the application for 6 Rogers Brook East was tabled to April 21 pending address correction.
