Conservation Commission approves four residential projects, closes hearings on two others

Andover Conservation Commission clears four residential projects under wetlands law. The board unanimously approved Determinations of Applicability for an in-ground pool at 81 Bailey Road, a driveway and retaining wall at 14 Whispering Pines, a porch addition at 8 West Hollow, and earlier approved projects at 18 Buttonwood Drive and related work. The commission also issued Orders of Conditions for projects at 133 Salem Street and 104 Haggetts Pond Road, granting waivers for setback variances at Haggetts Pond due to septic system placement.

A hearing on 17 Candlewood Drive was continued to May 19 pending a site visit to inspect 29 hazardous trees marked for removal within the wetland buffer.
