Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 3, 2026
ANDOVER — Conservation Commission approves deck replacement, continues three major projects. The Andover board unanimously approved a Request for Determination of Applicability for 14 Sherry Drive, finding a new addition and deck 40 feet from the wetland edge; Chair Donald Cooper presided. Three Notice of Intent hearings were continued: 5 Hawk Ridge Road (inground pool and patio) to February 17; 70 Essex Street--Dundee Park (access driveway reconstruction) with a site visit February 13; and 100 Old River Road (432-unit mixed-use building) with a site visit March 6, pending stormwater peer review and continued to March 17.
The board also accepted withdrawal without prejudice of the Bancroft School synthetic turf field application after determining the isolated wetland does not meet the 5,000-square-foot jurisdictional threshold.
