Andover Conservation Commission approves Burtt Road project, continues four applications. Chair Donald Cooper's commission unanimously approved a Determination of Applicability for Pfizer's concrete pad, holding tank, and utility project at 1 Burtt Road, with the closest point 57 feet from the bordering vegetated wetland and all work within pre-existing impervious areas. The Commission continued applications for 22 Haggetts Pond Road (Luxurious Homes), 180 Jenkins Road (Joseph A.

Pirroni barn project), and 17 Candlewood Drive (Hamel four-season porch) to June 2, plus the Wetlands Protection Regulations update hearing. Separately, commissioners unanimously approved hydroraking and herbicide-algaecide treatment of Foster's Pond by Solitude Lake Management under existing Special Conditions.
