Andover committee advances Youth Services Director job description and hiring plan. The committee met virtually April 5 to review a revised job description developed by consultant Andrea Egmont and Human Resources Director Jessica Porter. Town Manager Andrew Flanagan presented a multi-stage hiring process including candidate screening, panel interviews, an assessment center, and Town Manager selection pending Select Board approval.
The committee will review draft documents at an April 11 follow-up meeting.
