Commission approves six projects; denies minor modification request.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 17, 2026

Andover Conservation Commission approves determinations for three town infrastructure projects. The commission unanimously or near-unanimously approved Determinations of Applicability for paving and sidewalk work across 16 town streets and three specific projects, including a Complete Streets grant-funded Tewksbury Street sidewalk improvement. Orders of Conditions were issued for a P&G Gillette facility entrance reconfiguration at 30 Burtt Road and a Dundee Office Park driveway reconstruction at 70 Essex Street.

The commission denied a minor modification request at 300 Minuteman Road, refusing to delay recording of a conservation restriction tied to a 2023 manufacturing facility permit, and unanimously recommended passage of Warrant Article P35 banning commercial use of anticoagulant rodenticides in the town.
