ANDOVER — Board of Health splits 3-2 on wildlife rodent control warrant article. The board voted to disapprove "Protect Andover Wildlife: Advocating for Safer Rodent Control," with Chair Dr. Deborah Enegess and Dr.
Catherine Tucker dissenting, while Mr. Adam Knoll, Ms. Jennifer Darfoor, and Vice Chair James Bonfanti supported disapproval.
Immediately after, the board unanimously approved a motion by Dr. Enegess requesting state legislation banning anti-coagulants, a non-binding Town Meeting resolution, reconvening of the Pesticide Use Task Force for policy review, and Health Division public education on rodenticide risks and integrated pest management.
