ANDOVER — Board of Health approves prior minutes and receives SAPHE 2.0 briefing. Chair Dr. Deborah Enegess, M.D., led unanimous approval of March 9 and March 30 minutes.
Interim Director of Public Health Erika Woods presented State Action for Public Health Excellence (SAPHE) 2.0, legislation signed by Governor Maura Healey on November 20, 2024, which transforms voluntary public health collaboration goals into mandatory performance standards, workforce standards, and data standardization requirements across Massachusetts. The board also received the March 2026 Community Health Report and Environmental Health Report. The meeting adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
