Andover Board of Health appoints interim director and health agent. Chair Dr. Deborah Enegess and the board unanimously appointed Ms.
Erika Woods as Interim Health Director, effective January 28, and Mr. Stephen Casey Jr. as Health Agent to provide Friday inspection coverage. The board also unanimously approved a Local Upgrade Approval for 322 River Road allowing sieve analysis in lieu of perc testing and a 2-foot septic absorption system above the seasonally high water table.
The board voted unanimously to continue discussion of a Home Rule Petition to regulate first- and second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides on public and private properties to March 9 pending additional data from other communities.
