ANDOVER — Ballardvale Historic District Commission approved prior meeting minutes and discussed design guideline amendments. Chair Joanna Reck presided over the virtual meeting, with Katherine Robinson, Sabina Dowell, Alexis Winnell, and Veena Kothapalli present; Kothapalli was elevated to full voting member for the session. The commission discussed amendments to the Historic Design Guidelines and plans for a pre-Town Meeting public forum on proposed bylaw amendments, considering a 6 PM forum on April 1.
January 7 minutes were approved unanimously, and the meeting adjourned at 7:39 PM.
