ANDOVER — Ballardvale Historic District Commission approves grant-support letter in brief March session. The five-member commission unanimously backed a letter of support for the town's Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness grant application. Commissioners also approved February 4 meeting minutes on a 4-1 vote and scheduled a public information forum for April 1 at the Fire Station to discuss bylaw amendments for the Annual Town Meeting.
A community letter about the forum will be distributed mid-March.
