Andover Select Board charts FY2027 strategy focused on capital projects and public safety. Town Manager Andrew Flanagan presented strategic goals emphasizing Andover High School financing options due before November 2026, Phase 2 of Chandler Road Recreation Area management, and Health and Human Services expansion. The board unanimously approved permits for National Grid and Verizon to relocate a utility pole at Tewksbury Street and for Saltbox Cidershop, LLC, to sell hard cider at the weekly Farmers Market through October 17.
Six residents were appointed to town boards, including two to the Board of Health and three to the Planning Board.
