Andover MBTA Working Group reviews updated multifamily zoning bylaw

ANDOVER — The Andover MBTA Community Working Group reviewed Planning Board modifications to the draft multifamily housing zoning bylaw. Chair Jennifer Lemmerman recapped the February meeting's district location vote, while Associate Planner Monica Gregoire presented minor bylaw changes covering dimensional regulations, landscape buffer, and parking standards. The working group also heard about community engagement popup events scheduled at the library, coffee shops, train stations, Robb Center, and Old Town Hall.
The group approved February's minutes 8-0-1 and adjourned at 8:00 pm.
