Andover MBTA Community Working Group advances draft zoning bylaw to Planning Board. The group voted 7-0 on February 1 to recommend approval of the draft bylaw for review and public comment at the Planning Board on February 13. Paul Matarazzo, Director of Planning & Land Use, and Associate Planner Monica Gregoire participated in the Working Group review with external consultants Judi Barrett and David Gamble during the remote session.
