Andover Building Advisory Committee backs study of three high school improvement options. Town Manager Andrew Flanagan detailed three funding scenarios ranging from $15 million to $80 million, with annual tax impacts from $32 to $540 per household. Meanwhile, the Town Offices renovation project is 80 percent complete with two change orders totaling $45,189.43 approved, targeting an end-of-April finish. The Massachusetts School Building Authority review process for a new or renovated high school could span 10 to 11 years.
