Andover 375th Anniversary Committee plans 2022 events on $31K budget. Chair Buzz Stapczynski reported the committee has $31,299 remaining, including $20,986 from the 375th Anniversary Fund and $10,313 from transferred Andover Days funds, with $5,050 spent on printing. The committee is planning an employee thank you barbecue at approximately $1,500, a sponsor and volunteer thank you event budgeted at $10,000 for about 70 attendees, a presidential memorabilia exhibit at Memorial Hall opening April 3rd organized by Rich Padova, a historic church walking tour and concert at South Church on June 18th funded at $3,500, and events at The Park for July 4th.
Melissa Litton is coordinating the sponsor event with Ryan Wheeler at the Peabody Museum of Archaeology.
